Die Casting --
Custom Die Cast Parts
from Vietnam & China.
Aluminum and zinc die cast parts with mold life up to 1,000,000 shots -- from prototype tooling to high-volume production.
DEWIN Die Casting Capability
Managed Die Casting.
From Mold Design to Stable Production.
DEWIN sources aluminum and zinc alloy die cast parts through a vetted factory network in Vietnam and China, covering both hot-chamber and cold-chamber processes. We handle parts up to 7 kg with maximum dimensions of 400 × 300mm (L × W), and our mold tooling delivers lifespans ranging from 300,000 to 1,000,000 shots. Where post-machining is required, our CNC network achieves tolerances down to ±0.005mm on critical features.
We manage the full production cycle on your behalf -- starting from mold design review and DFM feedback, through T1 and T2 sampling rounds, through to stable volume production. An on-site DEWIN quality engineer monitors critical dimensions and surface quality at the factory floor, not just at final inspection. Every project includes full PPAP documentation: FAI reports, dimensional data, material certifications, and process capability studies.
Small MOQ is accepted -- we work with prototype tooling for early-stage programs and scale into production tooling as volumes ramp. Payment terms of up to O/A Net 90 days are available to qualified buyers, protecting your cash flow during long production cycles.
Hot & Cold Chamber Coverage
Our factory network covers both hot-chamber (zinc alloys) and cold-chamber (aluminum alloys) processes -- matched to your material and geometry requirements.
On-Site QC Engineer
DEWIN's local engineer is present at the factory during critical production runs -- monitoring wall thickness, porosity, and surface quality in real time.
Full PPAP Package
FAI, dimensional report, material COA, MSA, PFMEA, and process capability data -- delivered with every production order.

Applications
Industries We Serve
Consumer Electronics
Smart lock housings, sensor enclosures, connector brackets, and thin-wall structural frames requiring tight dimensional control and cosmetic surface quality.
Automotive & Motorcycle
Engine brackets, transmission covers, shock absorber components, and structural castings for passenger vehicles and recreational equipment.
Industrial Equipment
Pump housings, valve bodies, hydraulic manifolds, and gearbox covers where pressure-tight casting integrity and post-machining precision are critical.
Lighting
LED heat sinks, fixture housings, and reflector frames where aluminum's thermal conductivity and die casting's thin-wall capability combine effectively.
Home Appliances
Motor housings, fan frames, compressor brackets, and decorative panels for white goods and small kitchen appliances requiring consistent cosmetic finish.
Construction Hardware
Door hardware, window fittings, structural connectors, and facade brackets where zinc alloy die casting delivers complex geometry with fine surface detail at volume.
