Our factory network covers 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining -- turning, milling, and combined turn-mill centers -- across vetted facilities in Vietnam and China. We hold tolerances down to ±0.005mm and surface roughness to Ra 0.5. Parts range from 0.01 kg micro-components to 500 kg structural housings up to 2000 × 1000 × 800mm.
Every RFQ goes through a DFM review before tooling. Our engineers flag tolerance conflicts, undercuts, and process-incompatible features before a single chip is cut -- the issues that cause sample rejection loops and six-week delays at other suppliers.
We assign a dedicated quality engineer on-site during production, not just at final inspection. Full PPAP documentation -- FAI, dimensional report, material certs, and COA -- ships with every order. No minimum order quantity by piece count; we quote on total contract value. Payment terms up to O/A Net 90 days.
