Evaluation of Cost
This gear set is a new accessory and belongs to the preliminary development and design stage. The client only provided us with 3D models, no 2D design drawings. In this case, many suppliers will refuse to quote, they will ask to provide samples or drawings. This is what distinguishes our services from those of other companies.
We follow the needs of our client and communicate with several professional suppliers, and then help him estimate the cost based on years of manufacturing experience. This step enables the client to assess in advance the feasibility of the complete design.
Collaborative Development
The client has described to us the desired effect, but the tolerances for the gear assembly dimensions are uncertain. Our engineer gave a set of tolerances suitable for production and assembly. We determined the tolerances after the simulation test one by one and assisted him to finish the design of a 2D drawing.
One-stop Service
After our order was confirmed, the client reported that he was looking for another four accessories suppliers. We explained to him that we can provide a one-stop sourcing service. We helped the client purchase these four accessories from three different suppliers, and coordinated the delivery of three suppliers to integrate and one of our factory to carry out the final assembly and testing.
We helped the client reduce the cost of finding and managing multiple suppliers, shorten the product development cycle, but also improve the stability of product quality.
