Recently, we helped an old customer solve a problem. He wanted to develop a flex pipe for vehicles.
Supplier Selection
The drawings provided by the customer are too simple and lack of product details. However, based on our previous experience, we selected two suppliers from the existing suppliers to provide the customer with the quotation scheme of molds and products.
One-stop Service
Because it is at the beginning of the project, the customer doesn't want to invest too much cost and refuses to open the mold. After learning about the situation, in order to help the old customer, the purchase of Dewin Dolphin Service Department contacted the original design manufacturer of these flex pipes in South Africa(who), purchased two batches of samples and mass production and provided the door to door delivery service for the customer.
Creating Value for Customers
After completing the customer's order, Dewin didn't stop there, but sent the sample to the cooperative supplier. After the engineer disassembled and subdivided the sample and analyzed it, the designer combined with the original drawing to make a complete drawing.
Then we took the initiative to contact the customer to ask if we needed to open the mold, because this is a long-term project for the customer, the follow-up demand is huge, the customer decided to open the mold after comprehensive consideration.
After making according to the drawing, we immediately send the sample to the customer for testing, and after three sample submissions and PPAP processes, we can ensure that the product can meet the customer's use requirements.
Finally, we successfully developed this product, helping customers reduce costs by 40%.
