Vinastar

Vinastar was founded in 2012 and has 245 highly professional employees. It covers a fully enclosed process from mold design, manufacturing to sample testing, laying a solid foundation for product quality.

In the mold design process, Vinastar utilizes advanced design software and rich industry experience to accurately create unique mold solutions based on customer needs. They can design and manufacture complex plastic molds, efficient stamping molds, and unique blow molding molds.

For the processing and manufacturing of plastic products, Vinastar follows standards in every step from strict screening of raw materials to fine control during the production process, and then to quality inspection of finished products. Its professional injection molding services are a major highlight, as it can customize injection molding production according to customers' special requirements. Whether it is the shape, size, color, material and other requirements of the product, they can be perfectly met.

Quality Assurance in Vietnam

Thanks to its close cooperation with Vinastar, DeWen has gained a strong advantage in product supply. We can provide customers with a wide range of product spare parts, including lawn mowers, garden machinery, household plastic products, etc. Currently, these products have been successfully exported to multiple countries such as Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States.

Our Vietnam branch will regularly dispatch professional personnel to Vinastar factory for quality inspection work. During the quality inspection process, we strictly follow international quality standards and customer specific requirements to conduct comprehensive testing on raw materials, semi-finished products during the production process, and final products. From inspecting the appearance defects of the product to testing the internal structural strength, we ensure the quality of the products received by customers and demonstrate DeWen's responsible attitude towards customers.
