Pour le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux produits, les clients ne peuvent souvent fournir qu'une id\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou un croquis, et les produits requis impliquent souvent de nouveaux domaines, ce qui exige que notre \u00e9quipe ait une riche exp\u00e9rience et une profonde compr\u00e9hension de l'industrie de la machinerie, soit capable d'enqu\u00eater rapidement sur le march\u00e9 pour tout type de produit et d'identifier les fournisseurs les plus professionnels et les plus adapt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9cemment, nous avons aid\u00e9 un ancien client \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un nouveau produit. L'ancien client est le fabricant de v\u00e9hicules blind\u00e9s. La tourelle rotative sur le dessus du v\u00e9hicule blind\u00e9 utilisera un roulement de pivot. Il esp\u00e8re que nous pourrons l'aider \u00e0 le d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n

Recherche de fournisseurs<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Au d\u00e9but de ce projet, le client n'a fourni que le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur, le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur et la charge maximale du roulement. Notre \u00e9quipe d'achat a recherch\u00e9 et s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re exhaustive des fournisseurs de roulements de taille similaire sur le march\u00e9 pour offrir des choix aux clients. Finalement, le client a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 un fournisseur.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir communiqu\u00e9 avec l'usine, nous avons envoy\u00e9 le catalogue au client pour s\u00e9lection. Le client en a choisi un et souhaite passer imm\u00e9diatement une grosse commande de 800 pi\u00e8ces. Nous recommandons au client de ne pas acheter autant en une seule fois, mais de passer d'abord une commande d'\u00e9chantillons pour des tests. Le client a \u00e9cout\u00e9 nos suggestions et a achet\u00e9 un \u00e9chantillon. Il s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 qu'il y avait quelques incompatibilit\u00e9s dans ce roulement coulissant. De plus, ce fournisseur ne produit que des roulements de type standard et n'a pas la capacit\u00e9 de personnaliser les produits.<\/p>\n

Tests d'\u00e9chantillons<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Nous avons s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 un nouveau fournisseur de roulements avec une capacit\u00e9 de traitement personnalis\u00e9e pour le client, avons con\u00e7u trois dessins de m\u00eame taille mais de structures d'installation diff\u00e9rentes pour le client, et avons produit 12 \u00e9chantillons pour chaque conception pour que le client les teste.<\/p>\n
