Die Stahlteile kamen mit inkonsistenten Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten und schlechter Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit an. Die daraus resultierende Produktionsverz\u00f6gerung kostete mich weitaus mehr, als die Inspektion jemals gekostet h\u00e4tte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine Inspektion durch Dritte ist f\u00fcr die meisten kundenspezifischen Stahlteileimporte nicht gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, wird aber dringend empfohlen. Sie hilft bei der Qualit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung, reduziert Risiken, stellt die Einhaltung der Dokumentation sicher und kann f\u00fcr die Zollabfertigung oder bestimmte Branchen erforderlich sein.<\/strong><sup id=\"fnref1:1\"><a href=\"#fn:1\" class=\"footnote-ref\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Tauchen wir ein, wann und warum Inspektionen notwendig sind, welche Arten es gibt und wie man den richtigen Inspektionsanbieter ausw\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Welche Arten von Inspektionen durch Dritte sind \u00fcblich?<\/h2>\n<p>Ich dachte fr\u00fcher, Inspektionen f\u00e4nden nur nach der Produktion statt. Jetzt plane ich immer Inspektionen w\u00e4hrend der Produktion f\u00fcr hochwertige Teile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Inspektion sollte w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Bestellzyklus erfolgen: vor der Produktion, w\u00e4hrend der Fertigung und beim Versand.
