Jede Methode birgt unterschiedliche Risiken, Kosten und Schutzma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr K\u00e4ufer und Verk\u00e4ufer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die richtige Zahlungsmethode ist eine Balance aus Vertrauen, Kostenkontrolle und Risikomanagement.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist T\/T (Telegraphic Transfer) und wie funktioniert es?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>T\/T ist eine weit verbreitete und schnelle Zahlungsmethode, ideal f\u00fcr vertrauensvolle Lieferantenbeziehungen, bietet aber nur begrenzten K\u00e4uferschutz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meine ersten Zahlungen erfolgten per T\/T. Es war schnell, einfach und wurde von fast allen Lieferanten akzeptiert \u2013 aber ich lernte schnell, dass es auch Risiken birgt, wenn kein Vertrauen aufgebaut war.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Telegrafen\u00fcberweisung (T\/T), auch bekannt als Draht\u00fcberweisung, ist eine direkte Bank-zu-Bank-\u00dcberweisung, die in der Regel 1\u20133 Werktage dauert.<\/strong> Sie wird h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr internationale Stahltransaktionen aufgrund ihrer Geschwindigkeit und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/t\/telegraphictransfer.asp\">globalen Akzeptanz<\/a> <sup id=\"fnref1:1\"><a href=\"#fn:1\" class=\"footnote-ref\">1<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dewintech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/illustrate-a-real-world-business-setting-where-an-.png\" alt=\"Zollbeamte bearbeiten Dokumente\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Funktionsweise:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Importeur weist seine Bank an, Gelder auf die Bank des Exporteurs zu \u00fcberweisen.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberweisungen k\u00f6nnen vollst\u00e4ndig (Vorauskasse) oder in Etappen (z. B. 30 % Anzahlung, 70 % nach Versand) erfolgen.<\/li>\n<li>Banken k\u00f6nnen \u00dcberweisungsgeb\u00fchren erheben (normalerweise 20\u201350 USD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risiken:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr Importeur<\/strong>: Hohes Risiko bei Zahlung vor Versand \u2013 keine Ware, keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr Exporteur<\/strong>: Geringes Risiko; erh\u00e4lt Gelder vor Warenfreigabe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>K\u00f6nnen Akkreditive (L\/C) internationale Stahlk\u00e4ufe absichern?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Akkreditive bieten maximalen Schutz f\u00fcr beide Seiten bei hochwertigen oder risikoreichen Stahlgesch\u00e4ften \u2013 zu h\u00f6heren Kosten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe einmal ein Akkreditiv f\u00fcr eine \\$100K Sonderanfertigung aus Stahl verwendet. W\u00e4hrend diese Methode den Cashflow des Importeurs unterst\u00fctzt, birgt sie f\u00fcr den Verk\u00e4ufer ein Ausfallrisiko.<\/p>\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trade.gov\/what-open-account-payment-method\">U.S. Department of Commerce<\/a> <sup id=\"fnref1:6\"><a href=\"#fn:6\" class=\"footnote-ref\">6<\/a><\/sup> beschreibt offene Rechnung als hohes Risiko f\u00fcr Exporteure und typischerweise f\u00fcr etablierte Partner reserviert.<\/p>\n<h3>Was ist Dokumenteninkasso und wann sollte es eingesetzt werden?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Dokumenteninkasso gleicht Kontrolle und Kosten aus \u2013 ideal, wenn Sie dem K\u00e4ufer vertrauen, aber Versand-Sicherheit w\u00fcnschen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bei dieser Methode versendet der Exporteur die Ware und weist seine Bank an, die Versanddokumente erst freizugeben, wenn der Importeur akzeptiert oder bezahlt.
