Bei diesem Verfahren wird Metallpulver mit einem Bindemittel (normalerweise Kunststoff) gemischt, um das Rohmaterial zu bilden. Dann wird das Rohmaterial erhitzt und in die Form eingespritzt. Beim Abk\u00fchlen erstarrt es in der Form und bildet die exakte Form des Formhohlraums. Anschlie\u00dfend wird der Klebstoff entfernt und die Komponenten gesintert.<br \/>\nMIM kann komplexe Teile herstellen, die mit traditioneller Metallurgie und CNC-Bearbeitung nicht oder nur schwer durch Kunststoff-Spritzgusstechnologie hergestellt werden k\u00f6nnen.
