Hochdruck-Kokillenguss eignet sich f\u00fcr die Massenproduktion von kleinen und mittelgro\u00dfen Produkten mit komplexen geometrischen Formen und d\u00fcnnen W\u00e4nden, w\u00e4hrend sich Niederdruck-Kokillenguss f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Gussst\u00fccke eignet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kokillenguss ist eine g\u00e4ngige Methode f\u00fcr die Massenproduktion von Nichteisenmetallteilen, insbesondere aus Aluminium und Zink. Seine Vielseitigkeit bei der hochpr\u00e4zisen Herstellung komplexer geometrischer Formen hat ihn in verschiedenen Branchen weit verbreitet gemacht. Die beiden Hauptarten des Kokillengusses sind Hochdruck-Kokillenguss (HPDC) und Niederdruck-Kokillenguss (LPDC). Diese Methode kann Gussst\u00fccke mit hoher Pr\u00e4zision und guter Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte f\u00fcr die Massenproduktion herstellen. Allerdings ist die Lebensdauer der Form relativ gering und die Anforderungen an die Form sind hoch.<br \/>\nHigh pressure casting will also provide smoother surfaces for precision machining options. Nach dem Erstarren des Gussst\u00fccks wird der Druck gesenkt, damit \u00fcbersch\u00fcssiges fl\u00fcssiges Metall in den Ofen zur\u00fcckflie\u00dfen kann.
