Dewin recently helped a client who is dealing in aftermarket motorcycle spare parts, who specializes in designing motorcycles, customize the aluminum bonnet. At first, the customer only had photos and no drawings, but the customer wanted to estimate the cost.

In fact, when there was only one simple drawing, many companies couldn’t quote or provide cost estimates. The customer asked many companies, but they did not get a satisfactory response. When the customer found us, our engineers estimated the approximate weight of the product based on the available information, and provided the customer with the initial price according to the weight.

Soon after, the customer designed and drew a draft of the design drawing, but the customer had no experience in the specific dimensional tolerance in production. Our engineers and customers held many video meetings to communicate the use scenario and assembly location of the product in detail, and assisted the customer to improve the product drawing to ensure that the product can be smoothly produced to meet the requirements of assembly and use.

Our principle is to “always let customers do multiple-choice questions, not fill in blank questions”, and provide a real one-stop service, so that customers’ problems can be terminated  here at Dewin.
